Banana Chia Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients: (Makes 1 16oz. smoothie)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup of Kefir (or whatever yogurt you prefer)
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
Half a cup of ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients together. Taste and adjust for sweetness. Serve immediately.
