Pineapple Jalapeño Popsicles

Ingredients:

1 whole pineapple, cut into chunks (approx. 4 cups of fresh pineapple)

1-2 jalapeños, sliced thinly

1 tablespoon agave nectar

1 pinch of Kosher salt

1/2 cup water (add more water if necessary)

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and pour into popsicle molds. Taste mixture and adjust for sweetness. Freeze overnight.
