Pineapple Jalapeño Popsicles
Popsicles sounded so good while I was in the “winter” of my summer pregnancy months. But so many packaged frozen treats are pumped with refined sugar and preservatives. I was craving something slightly sweet with a kick that I knew was made up of whole foods.
With just a few ingredients and a blender you will have yourself a refreshing frozen treat. Whip up some of your own popsicle flavors and share with me!

Ingredients:
1 whole pineapple, cut into chunks (approx. 4 cups of fresh pineapple)
1-2 jalapeños, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 pinch of Kosher salt
1/4 cup water (add more water if necessary)
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and pour into popsicle molds. Taste mixture and adjust for sweetness. Freeze overnight.
